Devin Wilmott Johnson, a Presidential Lifetime Achievement Honoree, is an award-winning Brand Strategist and Event Producer, Founder of DWJ & Co. strategic marketing agency, and Chief Operating Officer of TSMAC (Texas Supremacy of Music & Arts Conservatory)—a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth through music, dance, and purpose. She was named into the Inaugural Oprah Host Committee 2025, a testament to her influence and commitment to purpose-driven leadership. With executive experience across multiple industries—including her leadership role at the multimillion-dollar beauty brand Yummy Extensions—Devin is widely recognized for her expertise in brand development, strategic consulting, and immersive event production. Her work has been featured in Forbes, TED, Essence, ESPN, CBS, CW33, Business Insider, and more. She is also a powerhouse keynote speaker, dynamic event host, and model recognized in global campaigns, including Woman Evolve 2024.

Loren Smith is an intentional Event Strategist, Brand Experience Curator, and the Founder of The Lavish Brand Collective—a boutique consultancy dedicated to helping women entrepreneurs grow their communities and elevate their impact through curated events and brand activations.
With over a decade of experience leading national talent acquisition strategies across the pharmaceutical, healthcare, professional services, and real estate industries, Loren brings a rare blend of people, process, and creative strategy to her work. Her career in HR and recruitment shaped her passion for designing experiences that spark connection, build culture, and amplify brand presence.
Since launching The Lavish Brand Collective in 2022, Loren has helped her clients generate over $300K in event revenue, secured strategic brand partnerships, and produced high-impact experiences for companies including RingCentral, McCarthy, Supreme Lending, and Toyota.
Gabrielle houser

Gabrielle Houser is a multidisciplinary creative specializing in graphic design, social media strategy, and photography. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree with an emphasis in Graphic Design from San Diego State University and now works as a freelance designer and social media manager—helping brands craft compelling visual identities and build engaged online communities.
Gabrielle has helped lead and execute social media campaigns that have generated thousands of new followers and high-volume engagement across multiple platforms. Her work blends strategy and artistry, combining her skills in design, photography, and illustration to deliver content that resonates.
Notably, she designed the book cover for “The Power of Action” by Cheryl Jackson, a project foreworded by Stedman Graham and endorsed by Tony Robbins, T.D. Jakes, Cynt Marshall and more—a testament to her ability to deliver world-class creative that stands out.

Marquita Payne is a powerhouse of purpose, creativity, and community.
Rooted in faith and service, she has spent nearly two decades building experiences, relationships, and opportunities that uplift others. As a former inclusion and diversity executive, she led national strategies that championed equity and strengthened diverse talent pipelines—earning recognition for her ability to lead with both innovation and heart.
Today, Marquita channels that same vision into real estate, investing, and event production. As a luxury real estate advisor and investor with Compass RE, she provides a high-touch, concierge experience for individuals, families, and professionals relocating to the Dallas-Fort Worth area. She specializes in guiding clients through major life transitions—buying, selling, or investing—with a focus on building generational wealth through intentional real estate strategies.
Through her event production company, she curates large-scale, immersive experiences that celebrate culture, spark joy, and foster authentic community. One of her signature initiatives, The Black Moms Fair, is a transformative event dedicated to honoring and advocating for Black mothers and families. As a mother who has journeyed through IVF and surrogacy, this mission is deeply personal. The Fair has welcomed notable voices such as Tatyana Ali, whose advocacy aligns with Marquita’s vision of advancing maternal health and family wellness.
Since transitioning from corporate life, Marquita has fully embraced legacy-building—on her own terms. That includes quality time with her children, mentoring future leaders, and leading initiatives centered on wellness, equity, and access. Whether helping a family find their dream home, hosting conversations on maternal health, or funding clean water projects in Ghana, her purpose remains clear:

Onikeh is the founder of Satin Pavement and holds an MBA and has over a decade of corporate marketing and sales experience in technology and user experience. She pulls from her observation and love for the human experience to create social experiences through elevated brand design. Satin Pavement is a Dallas Forth-Worth Event Branding, Decor and Props, Floral, and Custom Design company specializing in Corporate Events, Weddings, Brand Events, Social Events and gatherings.

Jae Dahlia is a Dallas-based event designer, stylist, and creative visionary known for her soft glam, modern luxe aesthetic and her ability to transform spaces into unforgettable experiences. As the founder of Pink Dahlia Events Co., she specializes in design, styling, and coordination for weddings, brand activations, and curated experiences that blend artistry, culture, and emotion.
Beyond her work in luxury events, Jae also serves as the Event Director for DFW Black Moms Walking, where she leads large-scale community experiences that celebrate connection, wellness, and Black womanhood. A proud mom of four boys, she brings authenticity, heart, and hustle to everything she touches — balancing motherhood and entrepreneurship with undeniable style.
